- 1 tsp pepper

Steps
- Boiled all the broth ingredients. Adjust the saltiness to your taste.
- Wash the rice, add oil & deep-fried garlic. Add broth along with chicken bones to taste. Cook in a rice cooker until done. Set aside ± 100ml of the stock water for later to pour over the rice team when it molded.
- Cooked chicken with the seasoning and garnish ingredients until done. Put aside.
- Put the chicken and boiled egg into the mold (bowl) then cover with the cooked rice. Drizzle with a little broth.
- Flip the mold over on a plate. The rice team is ready to be served.
